The Community Care Fund will award grants to selected non-profit organizations up to $500. Organizations are eligible for one grant per calendar year.  Organizations may apply for a grant in subsequent years.

Applications are reviewed and grants are awarded by a committee of HCR ManorCare employees in select communities.  Communities considered for support change regularly.  

Grant applications must be submitted through our online grant application.  A link to the application will be provided when the next Community Care Fund grant opportunity becomes available.
